RCC Volunteer Highlight: Mark Cummings

Mark is an phenomenal artist. He’s also a musician, a husband, a dad, and an all around cool guy. As a member of our creative community, Mark has invested a lot of his time and talent into ministry here at Rush Creek. From our Elements class to video projects, Mark helps us tell stories and move people through visual mediums. His work is not only inspiring, but missional. Advance Commitment Night

After months of prayer, vision casting, and hard work, hundreds of incredible leaders at Rush Creek took their first step in response to Unleashed. This gathering was just a small percentage of the thousands who participated across all of our campuses on commitment Sunday, but what an incredible beginning. We had an amazing experience at the Mansfield Performing Arts center as we celebrated the hope of Jesus and the mission of the church!

RCC Volunteer Highlight: Troy Thompson

As our team prepared to kick off our fall with the “Better Together” series, we wanted to create some fun photo op stations at each of our four local campuses. We brainstormed scenarios that require two people to work, and the first one that came to mind was a see-saw (or teeter-totter…the debate on the actual name has been heated). We couldn’t find anything local except for small playground pieces that couldn’t support more than 50 or 60 pounds.
